General Submission Rules
- Your submission
signifies your acceptance of the submission rules.
- Submissions must
be unpublished original work.
- Copyright remains
with the author, however Raspberry & Vine reserves first Australian
publishing rights in all forms for the winning entry for 12 months from the closing date.
- Winners and short
listed authors will be notified by email and/or mail.
- Submissions must
be in English.
- Submissions must
be typed or printed in a Times style typeface, 12 point, double spaced,
left
justified, single sided, titled and numbered, on white A4 (or
equivalent) paper, with a margin of at least 2.5cm.
- Author's name should
not appear on manuscript pages.
- Do not fold,
staple, pin or otherwise bind submissions. A paper clip or spring
clip is acceptable.
- Clear photocopies
are acceptable.
- Judge’s decision
is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry fee is
non-refundable.
- Submissions
cannot be returned.
- For proof of
delivery (optional), include a stamped self addressed envelope. This will always be
returned with the receipt date and R&V logo stamped on the back. If your envelope is
returned without the stamp, contact us immediately.
- Electronic
submissions not accepted.
- Post dated
cheques are not accepted.
- Payment is by
Cheque or Money Order only in Australian Dollars to Raspberry &
Vine.
