We Pilsworth Whelan and Thomas Tomlinson Commissioners duly appointed and sworn under and by virtue of an Act made in the 4th year of King George the 4th hereby certify and declare that the foregoing statement contains a true and just assessment  and applotment of all lands not being Tithe free with in the Parish of Aghade according to the best of our skill and judgements and of which the Reverend Mr. St. George as Ecclesiastical Incumbent is entitled to the sum of Ninety pounds and Lord Downes or his representatives to the remaining one third being a sum of forty five pounds to be British Currency.
