About Jeffrey Threlfo

I have been in Practise for 35 yrs in the Illawarra region.
I am currently located in Shellharbour area, which is only a half an hour's drive south of Wollongong.  I am married. Noeleen and I have 4 grown children and have 4 wonderful grandkids. As a young man I always wanted to be in healing - I like being a part of the plan to get people well again. I find working in the medical and health industry very rewarding.

I specialise in gentle techniques, using:

  • TBM Technique (Total Body Modification) - very effective with flu's, colds and allergies.

  • Neuro-emotional Technique  is a specific technique for treating stress and conditions caused by stress.  Some examples: grief  after loss of a loved one, resentment, fear from any cause. I couldn’t be without this technique.

  • Craniosacral techniques - An advanced osteopathic technique that is useful for head injuries, complications from difficult births, caesareans, extractions etc. Other injuries such as whiplash from car accidents, ADHD behaviour problems, poor retention at school are some common problems that also respond well.

  • Activator Technique - Is the BEST method for treating infants, toddlers and seniors. It is very gentle.

  • SOT Technique (Sacro-occipital Technique) - this is a great technique for acute painful lower back pain and neck pain (torticollis).

Assisting with:

  • Pre and post Spinal surgery conditions - very effective.

  • Traumas to the head - whiplash, sports injuries.

  • Birth Traumas - after suction, forcep deliveries, emergency caesareans

Conditions that respond well

  • Children - with dyslexia, ADHD, learning difficulties, autism, bite problems & many more conditions respond to this technique.

  • Adults - Post traumatic stress, chronic backaches, etc

  • Infections - Flu’s, Virus, Influenza etc
