The above rates do not include Christmas & New Year periods, which are surcharged by 50%

A deposit of 50% is required for a Christmas / New Year booking. |

If a booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival a one night cancellation fee applies. If after that date the deposit is no refundable. |

Minimum stay is 7 days over Christmas / New Year. |

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your booking, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:

When a booking is cancelled more than 3 days prior to check in date a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. |

When a booking is cancelled 3 days prior to check in date or less, or if you fail to arrive at the hotel, the original deposit is non refundable. |
|
If after arrival a guest chooses to check out early for whatever reason, the amount to be returned if any is at the discretion of the management. |
