DALMA FOODS is a world class manufacturer of traditional Dalmatian hams, sausages and smallgoods. Located in Perth Western Australia, they are famous for Dalmatian Prosciutto (Prsut), Biltong, Csabai, Chorizo, Doner Kebab, Pastrma, Pastrami and many others.
The management of Dalma Foods has been involved in smallgoods manufacturing since 1973 under the current trading name. Previously, the business was known as Zagorka Continental Smallgoods Pty Ltd, which was originally established in 1949.
