Buying a new home can be fraught with problems, as there are so many details to take care of. In addition, you have to be sure that you are not buying some-one else’s problem. You don’t want to encounter any nasty surprises or expensive repairs when you move in.

Our building and termite inspectors are highly qualified, licensed and insured. We will take you through the property and show you the good, the bad and the ugly, and recommend how problems can be solved.

We can even arrange for a structural engineer to check your commercial and industrial property.

AAA TERMITE CONTROL HOTLINE

How safe is your home? All houses are at risk, and as the saying goes, “there are two types of home – the ones that have been attacked by termites, and the rest are about to be attacked by termites. We tell our clients to be prepared. The Australian Standard states that it is strongly recommended that the home owner has a full termite inspection every twelve months. That’s right – an annual health check.

Our termite inspector is highly qualified, licensed and insured. After the inspection, he will show you the good things you have done around your home, and also the “not-so-good”. Recommendations will be made in relation to termite control barriers, termite monitors, and other methods that come onto the market.

If your home passes it’s health check, we may be able to offer you termite insurance called “TimberSure”. This is a “make good” policy and covers all termite damage/repairs up to the value of $100,000.00.

PEST CONTROL HOTLINE

Pest control in your home does not need to be messy and smelly. General pests are a worry in that they can bite and spread disease in your home. You and your children are at risk. We treat these pests with a variety of solutions, and specialize in pest control for asthmatics and pregnant ladies.

PRECISE PEST CONTROL

My son Robert not only under-takes general pest control, but specializes in pre-construction termite control for builders and concreters. Most under-slab construction services are catered for, including reticulation systems, stone barrier systems, aluminium sheet barriers, slab-set, and the latest to come on the market, the HOMEGUARD PTM system which acts not only as a termite barrier, but also as a moisture membrane.
