- 27/08/08 Camden Meals on Wheels celebrated National Meals On Wheels day
with an impromptu morning tea for volunteers. Around 120 volunteers ranging
in age from our Mater Dei Year 10, 11 & 12 students to those octogenarian
volunteers who are still offering a valuable and appreciated service to the
community by delivering meals and a cheerful chat to our frail aged and
younger disabled clients.

- Camden Meals on Wheels is celebrating National Volunteers Week from the
12th - 16th May, 2008. We wish to thank all of our dedicated volunteers for
all your hard work, without you we would find it impossible to get meals to
our clients cost effectively and with your personal touch which means so
much to our clients.

- Camden Meals On Wheels Inc. have settled into their new premises and are
now offering salads, Italian & Chinese meals and a wide variety of chilled
and frozen meals and desserts.
- Camden Meals on Wheels has secured new premises. Anticipated moving date
early April 2007. Watch for further updates.

- Camden Meals On Wheels was granted additional funding in November 2006
for expansion of the service. This was the second highest amount allocated
to the South West Sydney region and the highest amount granted to any NSW
Meals on Wheels service this year. Watch this space for updates on our
expansion project.
